Senior Distribution Engineer
Location – Remote
Salaries range from $115k-$135k plus incredible 401k contribution, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Profit-Sharing Potential
Our Client:
Our client is a smaller consulting firm that were established around 20 years ago by a father and son duo!! They have an amazing culture and are really employee focused! The company currently sit around 50 employees and are aiming to be between 80-100 in the next 3-5 years. They work with rural cooperatives and larger utilities in multiple states so the workload here is really varied.
Key Responsibilities:
Involved in Overhead and Underground Distribution design packages.
QA/QC junior engineers drawings.
Provide training and mentorship to the team!
Interface with clients and build relationships.
If you have a PE – stamp design packages as final reviewer.
Run your own projects from conception to construction!
The successful candidate must have/show:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Electrical or Mechanical).
7+ years experience in Distribution design.
PE not required but is preferred.
