Job Title: Field Service Engineer (UPS)
Location: Michigan
Salaries: $90k-$120k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme
Our Client:
A leading provider of critical power solutions, specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems for data centers, healthcare, and industrial facilities. Known for reliability, innovation, and a strong service network across the Midwest.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems and associated battery backups.

Perform preventive maintenance, system testing, and emergency repairs.

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in critical power environments.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Travel to customer sites within Michigan as needed.
The successful candidate must have/show:

3+ years of hands-on experience with UPS systems, battery systems, or critical power equipment.

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (AC/DC systems, breakers, switchgear).

Ability to work independently in field environments.

Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Technical certifications (NETA, APC, Eaton, Vertiv, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
