Job Title: UPS Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Salary: $70k–$90k, plus 401(k), Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and emails from technically knowledgeable customers, primarily reseller partners, regarding formal and informal inquiries about UPS solutions.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales/Account Managers and Order Management specialists to provide superior continuity of support and service.
• Provide technical expertise on products and services for data center and mission-critical power applications, primarily uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
• Support sales initiatives and customer needs with timely, accurate information.
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems and mission-critical power applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in inside sales or technical support within the critical power or data center sector is a plus.
