Mid-Level P&C Engineer (Renewables)
Location – Remote
Salaries range from $80k-$110k plus incredible 401k contribution, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and annual bonus
Our Client:
- Our client is a small consulting firm with around 50-60 employees right now and consistently looking to grow. Their project work completely surrounds designing greenfield collector substations, usually next to solar and BESS fields!! They offer fully remote across the states and contribute 10% into your 401k (regardless of contribution from yourself) alongside a minimum 10% bonus!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in detailed P&C design for greenfield substations.
- Run your own projects with another project engineer from start to finish!
- Have some engagement with clients for your own projects.
- Picking up mentoring responsibilities as your grow with the business.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Electrical).
- 3+ years experience in Substation P&C design.
- PE not required but is preferred. EIT certification is heavily preferred!
