Distribution Group Manager
Location – Hybrid in Chicago, IL and PA
Salaries range from $140k-$160k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Quarterly Bonus and ESOP Plan

- Our client is a mid-sized consulting firm, established in the late 60’s and known for their fantastic company culture! They operate across a few different industries including utilities and infrastructure!! They have amazing relationships with their clients that have been established over years of service! Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 10+ engineers and designers
- Assign project workload and timesheet approval for the team!
- Engage in face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
- Actively involved in strategy meetings for the team.
- Involved in the hiring process for your team!!
- Involved in final stamping approval of both OH and UG distribution designs.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
- 1 year minimum previously in management.
- 8+ years experience in distribution design.
- PE is required.
