Job Title: Civil Engineer – Water/Wastewater
Location: Charlotte, Wilmington, or Raleigh, NC
Salary: $120K–$160K plus 401(k), Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects such as pump stations, water mains, sewer systems, and treatment facilities
• Prepare engineering documents including construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with local and state permitting agencies
• Conduct site visits and provide construction oversight
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Mentor junior staff and support team development
• Contribute to proposal development and client pursuits as needed
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Active PE license in North Carolina (or the ability to obtain one quickly)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and water/sewer modeling software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with municipal clients is highly preferred
