Water Site Civil Engineer
Location – Greenville, South Carolina
Salaries range from $110k–$150k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead civil site design for large-scale water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Guide a team of designers in producing civil design plans and specifications.
• Conduct and review hydrologic and hydraulic calculations.
• Develop yard piping and site layout plans based on hydraulic modeling.
• Coordinate permitting efforts including stormwater, floodplain, grading, and other civil requirements.
• Support construction sequencing and operational planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Biosystems/Agricultural Engineering (ABET accredited).
• 5+ years of experience in site civil design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong understanding of permitting and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines including process, mechanical, and structural teams.
Bonus if you have:
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Floodplain Manager certification (CFM).
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Experience with pump stations, pipelines, treatment facilities, and erosion control plans.
• Active involvement in professional engineering organizations.
