Job Title: UPS Technician / Engineer
Location: Missouri Region
Salary: $100k–$120k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS systems and associated critical power equipment.
• Work across one or multiple OEM brands, ensuring uptime and reliability for client sites.
• Respond to site emergencies, providing technical expertise to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reporting for client sites.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians when required.
The successful candidate must have/show:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with UPS systems, ideally with one OEM or multiple brands.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a critical power environment.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites while maintaining high standards of service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the Missouri region as required.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and best practices in all work.
