Job Title: UPS Technician
Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 base salary (DOE) plus 401(k), full health insurance, vacation, PTO, and performance-based bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems
• Field service support across Northern California with regional travel
• Electrical and control fault diagnosis on medium to large UPS systems
• On-site technical support for end users and contractors
• Collaboration with engineering and service leadership teams
The Successful Candidate Must Have/Show:
• Proven UPS experience (OEM, service provider, or data center background)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in mission-critical environments
• Ability to work independently and represent the OEM professionally
• Long-term growth mindset into senior or leadership roles
