Job Title: UPS Technician – Connecticut
Location: Connecticut
Salary: $30–$40/hr plus 401(k), Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS systems and related critical power equipment
• Respond to service calls across the Connecticut region, providing timely and efficient solutions for state-wide clients
• Conduct system inspections, testing, and documentation in compliance with company and client standards
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure optimal system performance and uptime
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of critical power infrastructure
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and client communications
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on UPS technician experience
• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and critical power equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage a state-wide client base
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Connecticut
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
