Substation Group Manager
Location – Remote
Salaries range from $150k-$160k plus incredible 401k contribution, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Quarterly Bonus and ESOP Plan
Our Client:
Our client is a mid-sized consulting firm with around 350 members of staff. They have outstanding relationships with each of their clients and are well-known in the industry for their fantastic culture and working environment! Around 70% of the utilities here work on a remote basis, so they are well set up for remote working and have great communication across the business!!
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 10+ engineers and designers.
Assigning project workload to the team and approving timesheets/PTO requests.
Face-to-face and virtual client meetings!
Involved in the hiring process for your team and helping the group in its next stage of growth!!
Final stamp and engineer of record for Substation projects.
The successful candidate must have/show:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Electrical).
10+ years experience in Substation design and 1+ years directly in Management.
PE is required.
