Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater
Location: Tampa, FL
Salaries range from $125K–$155K plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of complex water/wastewater projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing technical or logistical challenges.
- Administer project documentation, contracts, and purchase orders with clients and subcontractors.
- Track and manage project budgets, including subcontractor invoicing and financial reporting.
- Deliver consistent project updates to clients, leadership, and internal teams.
- Create health and safety plans in collaboration with safety personnel and ensure implementation across the project lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with QA/QC standards as outlined in the Quality Management Plan.
- Participate in monthly project review meetings and contribute to operational planning.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- PMP certification is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on water/wastewater infrastructure
- Strong grasp of engineering best practices and their practical application
- Proficiency in engineering tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation; familiarity with Deltek Vision is advantageous
- Working knowledge of QA/QC protocols and engineering-related business regulations
- Effective leadership and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
- Demonstrated success in managing technical scope, schedule, and budgets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active involvement in professional engineering societies is desirable
