Senior Civil Engineer
Location – West Palm Beach, FL (Orlando also considered)
Salaries range from $125,000-$155,000 plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage civil and water resources study and design projects
• Develop business opportunities within the Florida region
• Create hydrologic and hydraulic models for stormwater systems
• Prepare drainage studies and stormwater masterplans
• Design municipal neighborhood improvements including stormwater facilities such as open channels, culverts, storm sewers, and detention basins
• Incorporate resiliency, Low Impact Development (LID), sea level rise, and climate change considerations into design
• Prepare construction plans and specifications
• Perform quality control on stormwater models, reports, and designs
• Coordinate permitting with local, state, and federal agencies
• Develop competitive proposals and participate in client interviews
• Represent the company in meetings with municipal and developer stakeholders
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with an emphasis in water resources
• Florida P.E. license or ability to obtain through reciprocity
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil project design
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles and plan preparation
• Expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and H&H modeling (Stormwise or ICPR preferred)
• Experience in consulting engineering, public works, or construction industries
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and ArcGIS is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to travel within the service area using own transportation
