Sales Manager – Industrial & Utility UPS Systems
Location – Remote
OTE ranges from $140k-$220k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

- Manage relationships with major utility companies, industrial operators, and EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in industrial and utility sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business.
- Oversee proposals and bid submissions for large-scale UPS installations.
- Work closely with engineering teams to customise solutions for unique operational environments (e.g., high heat, dust, vibration).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes (NERC/FERC, IEEE).
The successful candidate must have/show:
- 5+ years’ experience in capital equipment or power systems sales to industrial/utility clients.
- Strong understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, and electrical distribution.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate large contracts.
- Comfortable with regular travel to client sites, plant tours, and industry events.
