Sales Manager – Data Center Critical Power
Location – Remote
OTE ranges from $140k-$220k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

You’ll manage strategic accounts in the hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre markets, leading bids for projects where uptime is measured in seconds and failure is not an option. - Sell best-in-class UPS systems trusted by the biggest data centre operators worldwide.
- Work with budgets in the multi-million-dollar range.
- Enjoy a hybrid role of strategic account management and new market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow major accounts in the data centre ecosystem.
- Lead proposal teams for large-scale UPS installations (1–10MW+).
- Maintain relationships with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Build strategic alliances with consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy civil construction estimating.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
