Sales Engineer – Industrial & Utility UPS Systems
Location – Remote
OTE ranges from $120k-$180k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

- Serious engineering: Work with double-conversion, rotary, flywheel, and DC UPS; integrate with generators, ATS/STS, switchgear, and SCADA.

- Growth path: Clear progression to Senior Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Manager, with ongoing technical training and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and develop tailored UPS solutions for industrial and utility environments.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including system sizing, redundancy design, and battery selection.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure seamless integration with generators, switchgear, and control systems.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and technical presentations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (NERC/FERC, IEEE, NEC).
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Degree or background in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in UPS, switchgear, or critical power systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
