Roadway Engineer
Location - Indiana
Salaries range from $120k-$170k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes and ESOP plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan roadway projects, including highways, intersections, and urban streets.
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for roadway construction projects.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to analyze traffic flow, pavement conditions, and drainage systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including transportation planners, environmental engineers, and construction managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success and compliance with requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 4+ years of experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, VISSIM, and/or Synchro.
- Commitment to innovation, sustainability, and improving transportation infrastructure.
