Regional Water & Wastewater Practice Lead
Location: Florida
Salary range: $200,000 – $230,000 plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full P&L management, strategic growth planning, and operational leadership for the South Region Water business.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, proposal efforts, and market positioning.
• Lead, inspire, and engage a high-performing team; attract and retain top industry talent.
• Oversee project delivery, staffing, technical excellence, QA/QC, and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial targets, growth strategies, and annual budgets.
• Partner with other practice leaders across the business to optimize efficiency, staff utilization, and talent management.
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 20+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver profitable growth.
• Strong financial management and P&L oversight skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Advanced technical expertise and proficiency with engineering/design software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
• Active involvement in professional engineering organizations preferred.
