Project Manager – Sanitary Sewer

Greenville, South Carolina 

Salaries range from $100k–$140k, plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and a Bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of sanitary sewer projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and technical requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities and preparing winning proposals.
  • Ensure project compliance with safety protocols and quality standards through effective coordination with internal teams.
  • Facilitate internal project reviews and keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and progress reports.

 

The successful candidate must have/show:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • EIT certification is required; PE license and/or PMP certification is a strong plus.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a project management role.
  • Technical knowledge in sanitary sewer design and rehabilitation methods.
  • Proven ability to manage project financials and track multiple ongoing efforts simultaneously.
  • Experience working with client contracts and delivering within those specifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Deltek Vision, MS Project, or Primavera P6 is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project execution and client engagement.
  • Background in consulting or professional services is highly preferred.
