Project Manager – Hydraulic Modeling (Water/Wastewater)
Location: Florida (Remote)
Salaries range from $180k-$220k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

A growing national engineering firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in hydraulic modeling for water, wastewater, or recycled water systems. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage water/wastewater/recycled water planning projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
Develop, run, and document hydraulic models for planning and design purposes.
Support the preparation of master plans, technical reports, risk assessments, asset management plans, and other deliverables.
Attend client meetings and present findings in a clear, professional manner.
Oversee and mentor junior staff and contribute to internal development initiatives.
Support business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship building.
Collaborate with technical teams across the firm to deliver integrated solutions.
The successful candidate must have/show:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline (ABET accredited preferred); other STEM degrees considered with relevant modeling experience.
10+ years of experience in water and wastewater master planning, including I/I analysis, flow projections, and fire flow studies.
Strong technical skills in hydraulic modeling software such as InfoWater, InfoWater Pro, InfoSWMM, InfoSewer, WaterGEMS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, or similar tools.
Experience with ArcGIS Pro and integration with modeling platforms.
Exceptional technical writing skills with a portfolio of reports and studies.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to obtain by reciprocity.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing projects and mentoring staff.
Bonus: Experience with data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL, Power BI) and asset management platforms (e.g., InfoAsset Planner).
