Job Title: Junior Battery Technician
Location: Rhode Island – covering the New England region
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour, plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and testing of UPS systems and battery banks
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on critical power equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic battery and UPS system issues under supervision
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities
• Support senior technicians on larger projects and installations
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Participate in training to develop technical knowledge and advance in the field
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Basic electrical knowledge or experience with batteries, UPS, or critical power systems
• Willingness to learn and develop in the critical power industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Flexibility to travel across the New England region as required
