Field Service Manager
Location: Ohio, Seattle, Houston
Salaries range from $110k - $150k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee field service operations, ensuring UPS and related systems are installed, maintained, and commissioned efficiently
• Lead and mentor service engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to meet service schedules and SLAs
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical guidance on critical power solutions
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Proven experience managing field service teams in the critical power, UPS, or data center infrastructure space
• Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, switchgear, and power distribution equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites within assigned region
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
