Engineer (Level 3) – Water & Sewer Infrastructure

Salaries range from $90k-$120k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme.
Our Client:
• A leading engineering consultancy specializing in water and sewer infrastructure projects across California.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and collaborate with engineers and CAD designers within highly effective project teams.
• Prepare engineering designs, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and calculations for water and sewer systems.
• Perform engineering calculations including headloss, equipment sizing, pipe sizing, heat transfer, and dosing.
• Communicate project information with team members, utility companies, and other consultants under minimal supervision.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Plan and assist staff in producing high-quality project deliverables.
• Participate in mentorship programs and support the professional development of junior engineers.
The successful candidate must have/show:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience managing and designing water and sewer infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of pumping systems and complex process piping.
• Solid understanding of hydraulics and hydraulic conditions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and Navisworks a plus.
• Experience with Water CAD or other hydraulic modeling software.
• CA PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months is preferred.
