CEI Project Administrator

Location – Jacksonville, Punta Gorda, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa.

Salaries range from $110K-$160K plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes and ESOP.

 

Our Client:

  • I'm excited to announce Venda Search are working with an exciting CEI (Construction Engineering and Inspection) Firm in Jacksonville who are searching for a CEI Project Administrator to oversee FDOT & local Municipality Transportation projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing the administrative functions of the CEI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing CEI projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication between team members, clients, and contractors.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular compliance audits and address any issues promptly.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Generate regular project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

 

The successful candidate must have/show:

  • Project Administrator experience with a strong background in Inspection.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Good experience with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
