Business Development Manager – Industrial & Utility UPS Systems
Location – Remote
OTE ranges from $140k-$220k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new utility providers, EPCs, and industrial operators.
- Build a robust pipeline through proactive networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Develop account strategies to secure repeat, long-term business.
- Position the company as a trusted advisor on regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored, technically sound proposals.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Proven track record in business development within industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets.
- Experience selling UPS systems, switchgear, or other mission-critical power equipment.
- Strong networking skills and an ability to engage at both technical and executive levels.
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by high-value wins.
